FAQ

  • It depends on your training age — how long you've been consistently following a structured strength program. Less than 1 year → Linear. 1-2 years → Undulated. 2+ years → Undulated Integrated. When in doubt go one level down — the program that challenges you appropriately will always outperform the one that overwhelms you.

  • Same program, different schedule. The 4x/week version runs 12 weeks, the 3x/week version runs 16 weeks to complete the same volume with more recovery time between sessions. Choose based on how many days per week you can consistently commit to training.

  • The programs are designed to be self-directed. Every exercise includes detailed coaching notes and KILO-certified video demonstrations so you know exactly what to do and how to do it. You won't need a coach to execute — but you do need to be willing to follow the program as written.

  • Once you purchase through TrainHeroic your program access doesn't expire. You can reference it, repeat it, or use it as a baseline for future training.
