All in-person training takes place at DIAKADI — San Francisco's premier personal training facility at 290 Division St, SF 94114.

In-person training at 40X0 is subscription based — choose from 4, 8, or 12 sessions per month depending on your training frequency and goals. Each subscription includes complimentary add-ons such as a DEXA scan, conditioning class credits, VO2 max testing credit, and more.
DIAKADI requires a monthly membership to train at the facility — but rather than having you manage that separately I include it in your subscription at a discounted rate. One payment, everything covered, no hidden fees.
Pricing is discussed during your free consultation so we can match the right subscription tier to your goals and schedule.

The first session is a full assessment — we take a deep dive into your movement patterns, mobility, strength baseline, and training history. It's booked as a standard hour session but in practice it typically runs longer at no extra charge. By the end I have everything I need to build a program that's genuinely tailored to you — not a generic starting point.
