When you train with me online, you get a fully personalized system built around your body, your lifts, and your goals — with real accountability and real feedback every step of the way.
What’s Included?
Before a single rep is programmed, we start with a free consultation. I learn your training history, your goals, your current lifts, and what's held you back. From there I build your personalized 12-week macrocycle — a complete training map that shows exactly where you're going and how we're getting there, phase by phase.
A Program Built Specifically for You
Your program is delivered through TrainHeroic, a best-in-class coaching app used by elite coaches worldwide. Every session is laid out for you — sets, reps, tempo, rest periods, and exercise notes — uploaded in 3-week phases so the program evolves as you do. TrainHeroic also tracks your weight history so you always know what you lifted and what you're working toward.
Periodized Programming on TrainHeroic
Every program is built around the 40X0 tempo — 4 seconds on the eccentric, explosive on the concentric. Combined with a periodized structure that cycles between Accumulation (hypertrophy) and Intensification (strength) phases, this is programming designed to build muscle, develop real strength, and keep you recovering and progressing for the full 12 weeks.
The 40X0 Methodology
You'll receive a custom Google Sheet built around your specific lifts and percentages. It maps out your full 12 weeks — Accumulation and Intensification phases, sets and reps, 1RM percentages, and a rep max calculator so you always know what weight to use. This isn't a template. It's built for you after your consultation.
Your Personal Macrocycle Overview
I'm not a registered dietitian and I don't write meal plans — but I do calculate your RMR and macros and set up a personalized Cronometer subscription where I can input your targets and monitor what you're logging daily. You'll know exactly what you need to eat to support your training, and I'll be able to see whether you're hitting it.
Nutrition Support via Cronometer
Every one to two weeks I review your exercise videos and training notes and send back a recorded Google Meet feedback session — so you know exactly what you're doing well and what needs to adjust. This is the accountability piece that separates clients who get results from those who just go through the motions.
Bi-Weekly Video Review & Feedback
Before we build your program, you'll get a free DEXA scan — the most accurate body composition measurement available. This gives us your exact baseline: muscle mass, body fat percentage, and regional body composition. Every programming and nutrition decision we make is built on real data, not guesswork.
