Online coaching is a full coaching relationship — personalized programming built around your specific lifts and goals, a custom macrocycle Google Sheet, Cronometer nutrition tracking, bi-weekly video reviews, and three live Google Meet check-ins at Weeks 3, 6, and 10. The self-directed programs are expert programming you run independently.
