Two or more years of consistent structured training is the baseline. The Undulated program completes full 3-week muscle building and strength phases before switching. The Integrated program alternates week by week — muscle building one week, strength the next, throughout the entire 12 weeks. The demands are more varied, the recovery requirements are higher, and the adaptation stimulus is more complex. It's the same methodology taken to its highest level.
