  • Linear keeps the same exercises for 6 weeks at a time to build motor patterns. Undulated alternates between muscle building and strength phases every 3 weeks with different exercise selections. It's more dynamic, more demanding, and designed for lifters who already have their movement foundations locked in.

  • If you've been following a structured program consistently for at least a year and feel confident in your fundamental movements — squat, press, hinge, pull — you're ready for Undulated. If you're unsure go one level down and start with Linear. The program that challenges you appropriately will always outperform the one that overwhelms you.

  • You have two paths. Repeat the Undulated program — your strength numbers will be higher and the same program will produce new adaptations. Or step up to the Undulated Integrated program if you have 2 or more years of training under your belt and want a more advanced stimulus. Level 2 and Level 3 Undulated programs are also coming soon with progressive exercise variations built on your existing foundation.
